The part has been produced, inspected, maybe even assembled. But the job isn't done until it reaches the customer. Wrong packaging, delayed shipment, or uncoordinated delivery — any one of these can undo all the work that came before.

Our logistics operations keep this final step under control.

Packaging is a step that deserves serious attention

You can't just toss a precision-machined part into a random box and ship it. The part's geometry, surface sensitivity, weight, and shipping conditions determine the packaging decision. Protective wrapping, separator layers, shock absorbers — the part's journey needs to be protected long after it leaves the machine.

Surface finishing coordination

In many projects, parts go to external partner companies for anodizing, coating, or painting after production. The timing of this process, part tracking, and return control are all part of our logistics operations. The customer doesn't need to follow up separately.

Delivery planning

Especially in projects that span multiple stages (manufacturing → quality control → assembly → surface treatment → delivery), the timing of each step needs to be synchronized. If one step is delayed, the entire chain is affected. We manage this timing proactively.

When do you need logistics support

  • The project involves multiple operation steps
  • External operations like surface treatment or heat treatment are required
  • Parts need to be delivered to different locations
  • The delivery schedule needs to sync with the customer's production line
  • Packaging and protection requirements are non-standard

Simple shipment or complete project coordination — whatever the need, we keep the flow from production to delivery under control.
